1. Who we are

Ahmed Studio (استديو أحمد) is an independent project run by Ahmad Almish, a certified freelancer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Website: ahmed-studio.sa

2. Data we collect

• Only when you join a waitlist: your email address, the product you are interested in, and your preferred language.
• When you contact us: the content of your message and your email address.
• Visit statistics: we use a self-hosted analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not identify you. It records aggregate figures only, such as visits, pages, device type and country.

3. Why we collect it

• Waitlist: to notify you when the product you signed up for launches or opens a beta. We do not send ads or other marketing messages.
• Messages: to respond to your inquiry, complaint or request.

4. Legal basis

Your explicit consent when you sign up or send a message. You may withdraw it at any time.

5. Retention

• Waitlist: we delete your email once the product launches and the notice is sent, or 12 months after sign-up, whichever comes first, or immediately upon your request.
• Messages: deleted 12 months after the matter is closed, or immediately upon your request.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with anyone. Data is stored on a server inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

7. Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), an admin panel accessible only to the owner, automatic lockout after failed sign-in attempts, and protected backups.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@ahmed-studio.sa. We respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
